Individual Personal Training – For those local to the Boston area, I offer in-house or outdoor personal training. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist, I offer high energy, positive training that will help to get you strong, confident, and will help you to reach your goals. And the best part is — I will come to you! Whether you want to work out in your own home or you want to get some fresh air outside, I will provide my expertise, positivity, and the equipment needed for your workout.
Small Group Training – Interested in personal training but not quite ready for the financial commitment of going it alone? I also offer in-home or outdoor small group training sessions at a reduced rate. For groups of 2-5 people, gather your friends for a high energy workout that will be customized to meet the goals of the group. Nothing is better than teamwork when it comes to fitness, and reaching your goals alongside friends is not only fun but motivating for all involved!
Custom Online Programs – For those who are not in the Boston area but are still looking for personal training, this is for you! No longer will you be walking around the gym wondering what to do next, or aimlessly moving from machine to machine. I will provide you with a custom 12 week program, that will be specifically designed to meet your needs and goals as they relate to fitness. We’ll start out with a questionnaire so that I can better understand your goals, and then your program will be tailored to you specifically. Each program is individual and designed around one thing: YOU.
Pre Written Programs – Our most economic offering, these are 8 week programs that are pre written and easily accessed through a download and a small price tag of $29.99. That’s an 8 week program, 3 workouts per week, for only $29.99! A tiny fraction of the price that you’d pay to work with a personal trainer for that same time period.
Be Strong – An 8 week program for gym goers, based in strength training and designed for those at the beginner to intermediate level of fitness. This program will progress you through a gradual strength program, helping you to be strong, be confident and be better! Click here to purchase and download your 8 week program now. Stay Strong – An 8 week program designed for those who workout at home. All you’ll need is a resistance band and a set of dumbbells. Coming soon!
Rondeau Group Fitness – An outdoor bootcamp style class that is held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at Fallon Field in Roslindale (Boston), MA. Classes start at 6:30 am, and your first class is FREE! Following that, the drop in rate is $12/class, or you may purchase an 8-class pass for $80.
